The In/Out Board app is designed to facilitate the sharing of team members' status efficiently. This tool allows users to indicate whether they are working at their desk, away from the office, or on vacation. Originally common in office settings, the In/Out Board is now available as a convenient app for various work scenarios, including office-based work, remote work, or telecommuting.

Users have the flexibility to update their location from any place, and the information is instantly synchronized through the network, ensuring that members' statuses are always up to date. Notably, the location sharing mechanism relies on self-reported data without GPS tracking, prioritizing privacy and eliminating concerns related to intrusive monitoring.

How to use:

1. Create an account by registering your email address and password. Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent for verification. Simply click on the link provided in the email to finalize the registration process. It's essential to note that the registered email address and password are shared among all workplace members.
2. Once your registration is complete, proceed with signing in to start using the app.
3. Configure member profiles and destinations via the settings. By associating a phone number with a member, that number will be displayed when selecting "My Desk."
4. From the In/Out Board screen, double-tap on a person's name to view details such as their destination, phone number, and return date/time. Editing can be done by tapping on each field. The input screen conveniently displays pre-registered options at the bottom for quick selection.
5. To switch between "In" and "Out" statuses or set a status as "My Desk," tap the corresponding buttons for immediate updates. Users can easily deactivate auto-fill settings if they prefer manual input control. Similarly, automatic phone number insertion can be customized according to user preference.

This application offers additional features through in-app purchases. Users can unlock premium functionality by completing the billing process through the app.
